Administration

EEO currently has four (4) administrative officials; National Director, Administration and Accounts, Corporate Strategy Manager, and Communications and Marketing.

National Director [ND]: The ND is responsible for the day to day running of the organization which includes but not limited to implementation of strategies and spearheading sponsorships that enables the organization to effectively carry out its mandate of taking care of the needs of people with epilepsy and related disabilities in the country. Moreover, the National Director is responsible for identifying gaps that needs to be filled which could pose as threats and jeopardize the main mission of the organization.

Corporate Strategy Manager [CSM]: In support to the National Director, the CSM is responsible for all the organizations programs and heading projects from within and from outside the country, ensuring that all targets are met. The CSM also designs and implements programmes that will enable social inclusion of people living with epilepsy and related disabilities in the communities. These programmes includes the establishment of support groups and income generative projects for people with epilepsy and related disabilities in Eswatini. Manage relations with key stakeholders and ensuring all programs are in line with the Action Plan.

Administration and Accounts [AAC]: The AAC, who also acts as an assistant to the office of the ND, ensures that the financial records of the organization are properly maintained. This includes the effective implementation of strategies that allows the organization to indulge as many activities as possible with minimum costs

Communications and Marketing [CM]: The CM responsibilities typically revolve around the media. He/she may field inquiries from journalists about the organization and participate in interviews on behalf of the organization. All this is done to maintain the relations with the general public. They may also design and execute promotional campaigns that involve direct communication with stakeholders. The Communications officer may coordinate events, design public information campaigns to increase awareness about epilepsy.

The organization also accommodates volunteers.
